Question Captain Scarlet and Thunderbirds

I see that on Captain Scarlet they use 'S.I.G' in place of the usual 'Roger'

I also know that stands for 'Spectrum Is Go/Green'

Now, in Thunderbirds they use F.A.B. but I don't know what that means?

Some have said it was just a 1960's phrase for Fabulous ( FAB!)

Personally I think it might mean 'Funderbirds Are Brilliant', but not too sure

Taken from IMDB:

"The Thunderbirds' radio code "F-A-B", meaning "message received and understood", didn't stand for anything, it was just supposed to sound "hip". In fact, when asked what it stood for, Gerry Anderson (I) once replied, with some bemusement, "Fab," as though it were obvious. Later, due in part to fan-submitted stories, F-A-B came to mean Fully Advised and Briefed, in keeping with P-W-O-R (Proceeding With Orders Received), a similar radio confirmation code in the series Stingray."

So there ya goo

Bummer. You're going to get 13.00 less viewing pleasure each time you put one on, now.

You may mock... but Id bought each one at full price as soon as it was released, only to see Woolworths clear their stock two weeks after I bought the last one. They had four of the five discs in when I saw the offer so I was over £50 out of pocket; it still pisses me off now, five years on.

This has brought it all back.....

Ouch! Never mind... you could have bought a brand-new Rover a month ago.

You'd have called in for chips on the way home, even if you'd spent the lot.
