Keep it up Sara - I got off the weed (2 packs a day for 20 years) using the patches 2.5 years ago and have never looked back.

put your cigarette money into your drinks fund and swap one addiction for another
3 days is good going, you'll feel a lot better. When will you stop using the patches though?

Well Done!!
My mother has smoked for over 40 years, 20 **** a day.
She has tried the patches in the past and tried will power but never gone a full day without a ***.
Last year I had a bit of a heart scare, well a full blown heart attack actually and it scared the hell out of her seeing all the smokers on the oxeygen machines etc on the cardiac ward.
She's been attending New Leaf sessions and took some anti smoking tablets for two weeks before giving up.
Last week she received her non-smoker certificate for being *** free for four weeks. With the money she is saving she has booked a cruise.
The moral is anyone can stop if they want to and there are plenty of ways to do it and lots of support out there if you need it.
Cheers
