The Economy
The NHS
Education
The Welfare state
The things that really matter.
Anyone like to educate me?
(actually i'll give them one, tackling hospital cleanliness.Good idea, but in itself not an election winner)

LOL. What a shallow, and frankly stupid reason to vote for a party!

Labour have loads to say about policies but never followed any up after the last couple of elections from what I saw. They've had a long time and haven't sorted much out - NI increase and student fees have left me out of pocket. Also the shares/pensions are doing badly and my cash savings earn bugger all interest.Let the tories have ago and even if they do nothing atleast they won't be dipping into my fooking take home pay so readily The only thing labour gave us was a housing boom but thats finished now anyway

Labour probably will win unfortunately, so we can look forward to more speed cameras, still no NHS dentists, more hitting on the motorist to pay for assylum seekers benefits, more chavs, more theft, and everything getting worse than it is now.

Whoever votes Tory wants their bumps felt! Either that or they don't remember the last Tory shower ........ judging by the Tory supporters words they are clearly little kiddies, so maybe thats it??
Tories are unelectable!

I'm still waiting to hear a good Tory policy?
I'm not saying Labour are perfect, but here's a few policies that have had a positive effect on people i know.
1.Minimum wage
2.Extended maternity leave and pay
3.Max working week
4.Scottish parliament (my grandad lives in Inverness)
5.Extra fuel allowance
6.Working family tax credit
7.Minimum income guarentee for pensioners.
Forget Iraq and illegal immigrants. If the Tories want to form a serious government then they must offer something to working families, both rich and poor.
Even the Tories amongst you must agree with that.

State scroungers - do you mean Mr & Mrs Windsor and their family - well Tony is too soft on them I accept.
As for motororosts as cash points can I ask who introduced the system of constantly raising petrol tax - the answer is the Chancellor before Gordon Brown. for the not so bright he was a . . . . . Tory.
So why vote Tory - only because you are not very clever or very very rich !!!!!
PS the Lib Dems are much much worse!!
The only thing Michael Howard gets right is his football team.

Sadly due to Iraq, the lies about protecting borders and not giving up control, the promise not to increase NI contributions, the promise not to introduce top up fees, the loss of revenue when we sold the family home, the plundering of Pensions schemes, etc etc Tony will not get my vote this time. Oh and of course the scamera partnerships.

Well I think the tory policy regarding private treatment to save the NHS money is pretty damn good.
paulr - why should we forget illegal immigrants? Every Friday when we do our weekly shop there are 10 - 15 immigrants in Asda with full trolleys of food, and they always seem to be buying TV's and DVD players - who pays for that?
As for motoring - Labour will introduce journey tax. Doesnt affect me in the slightest, but for those that do 30-40k miles a year for work it will be bad.
I remember the tories being in power when I was younger and life seemed so much better regarding the price of things, PC'ness and general crime.
