I read about this a few days back and in that article he had been charged with using false plates as the car had a different registration on film. Bit odd don't you think.

His mate must have been an off duty police officer.

Just shows one of the many problems with Scameras

Why was he holding a phone to his ear??? Surely at 156mph in a CSL you'd hear *** all anyway ????????

As far as I am aware CSL's come with the same notoriously faulty limiter that RS4's & RS6's came with

I think you could choose to have the CSL de-limited and cup tyres if you participated in their drivers course.

Thumbs up

Cup Tyres are standard aslong as you sign a disclaimer, however you could 'specify' standard M3 wheels and tyres (which are heavier and therefore pointless imo) and they remove the limiter on production of a racing license and £600 odd

'Cup Tyres'

Talking

Too many police / camera's / laser's in the UK for me, I only ever see 3 digits in Germany these days

I think the guy in question is a member of bm3w.co.uk though
