Has anybody else been collecting the Deagostini Rally car collection that was in the shops a couple of months ago?

I brought them up to edition 8 but now there mail order only.
Any one know what rally cars have come with which issue number since issue 10?
The last one i got was 1/43 scale model of the group B rally audi Quattro with issue 8 and i know issue 9 was a TR8 rally car

 

Issue 10 is a Lancia Integrale.

 

Cheers mate, I did'nt want to get all the issues as some of the cars are pretty naff, but wanted the groupB/A/WRC cars. oh and the old escort as well.
Reckon i'll send off for that one. The audi took bout 2 months to arrive!
Was worth the wait, awesome car!

 

Like a sad git, I only signed up in the begining for the Escort on the trailer, still have alll the other models still in thier plastic bags unopened

I wanted the Escort too, but didn't go for the mail order bit. Wonder if I'll be seeing any nice folks in Suffolk at the weekend who might let me have a peek?

PMD, if you find a decent newsagent then there really shouldn't be a problem. Mine are more than happy to keep supplying me. Shop around.

They forgot top send me issue 5 for ages then it arrived with issue 10, I still haven't got my transit with the escort on the trailer but the mini and the diarama (sp) was late as well so I'll probly get it in a few months time.

Has any1 else received the binder yet? Its feckin useless. Theres 14 editions so far, with another 2 at least to come, and the crappy thing will only hold about 10 at most, before the plastic clips pop out lol. How can they sell something like this, without obviously testing it properly? cack

 

binder what binder what issue does it come with i haven't got it yet and the mags are falling about all over the place.

I got the binder, thought blinding, another free gift, but then noticed the cheecky ******* charge you for it, without asking if you want it!

Yeh I got the letter to, some bs about a problem with manufacturing.

 

I only sent off £8 for a back issue with the Audi which they sent.
But then a month later they sent me another audi issue and the next issue a TR7 now they want me to pay a subscription for something i did'nt ask for.

Not gonna pay though or ring them again as the phone number is rather pricey!

I got the "Free" binder too, but have noticed this months direct debit is nearly
£20 more !! F**kin expensive binder !!!

Still haven't got the Transit with the MKII Escort on the trailer, but got a letter
and a model of an Audi LeMan car as an extra free gift !!

I don't want to sound like an anorak here but has anyone noticed any mistakes on the livery of the cars. The last one I had was the Lancia 037 of Marku Alen on the 1984 Safari Rally and it has the wrong number on the door. It should be 7 and they've got 17 which was Alen's team mate, Vic Preston, in another 037. Also the "Martini Racing" logo is missing off the back spoiler.
I suppose we can't expect too much as they ARE cheap. "Proper" models will cost at least 3 or 4 times this.
