Had every intention of buying a Tag Monaco, but saw this in the window. to say it is fookin massive is an understatment. it's as big as the Bentley, heavy big **** too.

bit more exclusive than the monaco. it was a choice between the monaco, breitling or the IWC. a watch this size makes a statement i think. 48.5 mm wide and 19mm thick

yes m8. the only breitling supplier in the north AFAIK. Bent over backwards for me. Spent 2 hrs trying on the 3 watches and making my mind up and they offered me water, coffee etc etc. all in all a very nice retail experience.

carl the IWC was nice (very nice in fact) see here but it looked a little small in my wrist. compared to the breitling it looks positively tiny. in the end it came in as my 3rd choice.

You made a wise choice sir, i have had my Breitling for around a year now and it is superb.. I had had omegas and tags in the past and IMHO the Breitling is far superior.
enjoy

Nope, sorry. I don't get the whole watch thing. Mind you, I've never worn one so I guess that doesn't help.

With those dimensions I'm sure it would p!ss me off to have it hanging off my arm anyway!

It certainly does. The same sort of statement made by Range Rover owners in London.

Top watch. Not a fan of metal straps, but a watch is what its worth to you. Screw what everyone else says, enjoy it, and wear it with pride; no doubt you worked hard for it!

Better than wasting it on prostitutes, alcohol and drugs though.
