If the pizza was bought frozen, was always frozen and has only just been defrosted, then you may be OK for a couple of days.
I reckon the packet will tell you to eat it on the day of defrosting, and to be safe I would have to agree.
But then again, I've eaten last night's kebab for lunch that was left lying on the floor in the summer......I was fine.....just don't grumble if you are not

I found some cream cakes in the fridge at work on Tuesday (21st) that were BBE the Friday before (17th) - I ate them all, and I am still here to tell the tale (lost 2 stone though)
