It looks like they are tending to follow the example of those traffic wardens who move heaven and earth to ticket you or even ticket your registration number even if you were nowhere near the place!

I may have a NIP through the post before long. Went out last night, misses was driving my car, potter past a well known front facing camera at 29mph as a motorcycle comes steaming past us. Of course no plates on the front of a bike, hope the scum don't get lazy and just fire a NIP out to the car in the picture - we'll see!
