When and how did Chav stop being Kev?
I've missed an entire cultural leap. One minute we have Kev and Shaz cars and clothes, I turn away for barely a minute and they been replaced by Chavs.What happened?

The term chav thankfully seems to be on the decline. Us northeners chose as a whole not to embrace the all encompassing term (unless you always wore pin striped suits) anyway...
Now we can go back to calling scruffy poor people, 'scum', 'filth', 'dirty unkept bastads', 'Kev and Tracey' etc... Much more poignant....
