Great Site for IT Security Problems
Having just spent the best part of two evenings getting Adware viruses and a Trojan virus off the PC and for those non-techie people this site is fantastic - click on security forum.

Yeah Techguy is a great site 
They sorted my worm virus out before Norton had an update and also a trojan i picked up from an email which was completely overlooked by everything i had running on the pc at the time.
If you arent pc literate you must add this to your favourites
