POLICE - RAPID RESPONSE
NOT
there is a car outside my shop that has been broken into by 2 blokes that have parked their car behind it.
so i call the police.
10 minutes later the blokes have cut the alarm out and broken off the front grille and nicked the headlight.
20 minutes later the blokes have made a call on their mobile and waiting for some1.
30 minutes later a transit pickup thing about 100 yrs old pulls up and they tow the car away.
this is on a main road.
the police havent even turned up.
WHAT A FKCUIN JOKE!!!!

As a contrast, I called the Police a few weeks back as a gang of lads were in the process of casually vandalising a neighbour's fence. Literally within 5 minutes 3 vans had turned up ...
This was in Manchester.

In contrast.....
There's a bloke who lives near my mates house who is calling the police almost weekly complaining about cars parked on the pavement in the street (not even the street he lives in either )!
Within 30mins up turn the coppers and slap fines on all the cars.
My mate found him writing down car reg numbers, and at the time didn't know who he was or where he was from, and so followed him...only to for the police to turn cautioning him for threatening behaviour. Same happened to a bloke 4 doors down when he saw him noseing about and told him to sod off - called the police AGAIN
If it wasn't for sad petty small minded pathetic idiots like these ( and he's out of work - on benefits ) wasting police resources and time on petty infringements and made up allegations, then perhaps they could put their efforts and resources to catching real criminals
