i have calculated however that i am maybe 20k short,

is there any other form except personal loans
that i can raise the finance,

is there such thing as a government grant for these or anything else??

Business Bank Loan is one obvious starting point. But you will need decent business plan. No idea about grants - probably not if you are a British citizen but contact Chamber of Commerce and ask. dl
