Barn valuers?
I have a 15th Century barn in my grounds that I want to pull down & replace with something more modern. I have been told that it could be worth some ££ due to it having all the original roof tiles & original timbers (several very large pieces) In fact the whole barn is original.
I am in Woking, so does anyone know who I can get out to value it from a dismantling point of view?

If it is 15th Century, your idea may very well be shafted...

1.3 The principles of selection for the lists were drawn up by the Historic Buildings Council (the functions of the former Historic Buildings Council for England are now carried out by the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission (HBMC)) and approved by the Secretary of State. They cover five groups:All buildings built before 1700 which survive in anything like their original condition are listed.
