In theory yes. Like someone said, as she is over 18 she can be lent money. But it really depends on specific personal criteria... like what size are her breasts? And have you got a pic?

Why would anyone want to saddle themselves with a £15K loan at 19 ????

Is it just to buy a car ? why does a 19 year old need a £15K car, whats wrong with a £2K car until they start earning more ?

Unless she has a REALLY high paid job, but how many 19 years olds do you know who have ?

Speaking as someone who at the age of 30 managed for just about the first time since 16 to have absolutely NO debts at all, ( and the majority of them were from putting myself through University ) tell them to either save up or get a loan that the repayments are 10% of their take home per month maximum.
