Default How do I arrange a courier for car parts?

I've got to send some brake parts to a fellow SNetter and I think they are going to be over 20KG for Parcel Farce to take.

I could put the calipers in one box and the discs in another and send them that way but I would rather use a courier for the whole lot.

How do I go about arranging one? Is it just a case of ringing them and they pick it up? What about weight etc.
