Right.. some of you may recall my mugging thread a few weeks back.

I have had my phone bill through the post this morning covering the period.

In the approx half hour between it being swiped and it being blocked/barred, 4 calls were made on it.
Three to the same number, and one to another number. Not long calls-less than a minute each (free I might add- in my inclusive minutes), but still, I definately did not make the calls and do not know the numbers.

Have just rang both, and what sounded like some asian kids answered both, complete with attitute to boot (it was a young asian lad who mugged me- not being racist in the slightest-just telling it how it is), and also both numbers I rang were in the same room together when they answered.

Will be passing the numbers onto the dibble soon, but in the meantime I want to have some fun

Dial the number from the work fax machine with a ream of paper in the tray, set it on auto redial so each time they answer and hang up, it will try again until you turn it off. A few months should do it.

Several adverts in Loot selling random items, washing machines, cars, holiday accomodation, massage services, all advertised at a slightly cheaper than normal price (not too much of a bargain or people may be put off) and put a couple off ads in a day for the next few weeks!

Glad to see youve got a lead on your phone.....

in the mean time I can see how tempting it'll be to have some fun with them BUT..... Imagine annoying them with endless amounts of calls. you might find they get annoyed and change their number giving the police no more leads....

just a thought.... Otherwise Id be tempted to do the old trick of saying youve won a prize... Whats your name and address... if the kids are as stupid as they seem to be today then there you go... probably give some spiel about are you over 16 as you need to be to be eligable etc etc...

Call the old bill, and say you overheard them talking about some extremist terrorist plots! You may even get lucky and they may wipe the scumbags out before asking questions
