had my first fixed notice from a camera van through the post.
if you send it back asking for Foto evidence how quick do they get back with it?
i've heard they don't bother if you ask.
Or any other pointers please
Phil

unlikely you will get away with it but go have a look at www.pepipoo.com and at least you get to waste some of their time and money too.

Most of the partnerships will not let you see the evidence unless you go to court. If you know it is you, there are better ways of fighting it (within the law). As trails said, head over to pepipoo, be warned though you will need ***** of steel to follow any fight right through.

Hi
Goto pepipoo.com and read this first thread. This will cover most pointers to start with. From there you can get more detailed info.
If you ask for photos, they can send them out in a matter of days, but usually a few weeks is normal. It is not true by asking for photos that the police then dont bother following up the allegation.
If you know who was driving at the time of the alleged offence then read the pace witness statement on pepipoo. If you dont know or are unable to say with certainty, then use the para4 defence, (see pepipoo) but you will be required to show reasonable diligence in trying to find out who was the driver. Dont tell porkies, because perverting the course of justice in a much worse penalty if found out.
If you decide to fight it all the way, requesting full disclosure after you have been summoned is a worth while line of attack.
correct signage is also a point to look at, but does get very technical, however if there has been an infringement in the signage the speed limit is un-enforcable.
