Just bought a new house :D
...and those nice builders have given us £15k off the price, which'll pay the Scoob off - which is nice 
Was looking at a 3 bed detached which sold, but the builders have offered us the 4 bed version for the same money...
Just been working through all the bathroom options, not as satisfying as when speccing up a new car, though
