Default Payment methods buying a car

Looking at car tonight, private seller.

Want to use £3k from credit card as not enough cash in current account. How best to pay the seller? Guess I can transfer the cash from credit card to bank account (both lloyds) at the counter and they draw the draft/cheque there and then? Will they pay out in cash if need be?

Yeah yeah, I know I can ask Lloyds but I have to go into branch which is an **** at the best of times so thought I'd tap on scoobynets finest financial experts

Depends how quick you need the cash, Dont you have a cheque book for the credit card? or Cant Lloyds write a cheque for you for the credit card account?
