i never tasted one but some eat pumpkin curry in small villages in pakistan
we have another veg like that called kadoo
its not too bad

Yea they do, and the things are so plentiful they almost give em away. I ate some while I was there and it doesn`t really have a taste so they usually usually put cinnamon in it

Pumpkin pie is lovely, haven't had it for ages though. Roll on october.
Best use for them is blowing them up with fireworks, that rules.

A group of us were in the US for Thanksgiving a few years back. The main meal was great, and then they brought the pumpkin pie out. Very disappointed, tasteless mush. Our hosts were a little put out that none of us wanted seconds, but I'd be in no rush to try it again.

They're mad on pumpkin out in Aus. Roasted pumpkin's nice as is pumpkin soup, dunno why I never had it in the UK though.

roasted squash is great and couldn't be easier to cook.
Put it in the oven
Take it out
Eat it
healthy fast food!
