Scooby owner one day

Just bought a reconditioned digibox to replace my other one after it packed up but as the cards dont work in a different box I phoned them up to try and get it working. After the usual press this number for this service and that number for another service and your call will be answered within the next three years I eventually got through and after giving them 2 sets of numbers of the service menu they said it should be working within 4 hours if not within 24 hours. Its been 7 hours so far but I just know I`m going to have to phone them again tomorrow. Anyone else had this and how long does it normally take? Also my tv link thing to watch it upstairs doesnt work on this box. Its a Pace 2400 which is a bit older than my original 2500 so dont they work on older boxes?

can take a while for the activation process unless its a 'legit' engineer doing it..
as for your other 'q'.. go into services (on remote)....press 4...then '0' '1' select.....hen '4' again to 'rf outlets'.....press 'down 'to highlight 'rf outlet power supply'.... switch on.. go to save settings..and save..... then press 'sky' button go to your link upstairs and it should work
