Default Anyone Had Any Dealings With LGE Customer Services?

They seem rather uninterested in Customer Service to me??

Now, if I'm about to pump £3000 into a HDTV I want to know if the trouble I am having with them is a one off ................... or, should everyone steer well clear of LG stuff as the after sales service is not too good??

What trouble? You dropped you cellular telephone into the river and now its spoilt. You cant seriously think that the manufacturer should repair it for free? If theyve told you to f*ck off, as they should have, you cant expect anything more.....

99% of all companies these days have uninterested customer service so just pick the product you like and be prepared to rant like a loon at some underpaid phone-robot when it goes wrong.

I bought my daughter a Philips MP3 player last November ...... it's been acting up for a while now, but has remained useable.

A call to Philips Customer Services on Thursday and there is a Courier at the door within 12 hours to take it away for repair!! Now THATS Customer Services!!

I thought most companies had learned the wisdom of looking after their customers after sale?? Certainly, those I have dealt with have!!

LG seem to be a little behind, I ring their Customer HelpLine, told to ring another number who can't help me, then I am told to write to their Customer Services in Slough!!

An Electronics company wanting snail mail to deal with something!! PATHETIC!!!

A reasonable assumption Pete; seeing as you said only a few weeks ago, that LG CS wouldnt help you after your accident.....

yawn,

the great psl finding out that the seeds of what he reaped many years ago has come home to roost...

pete when will the penny drop...

these companys care not if you spend £3,000 or £3 to them you are a sale nothing else...

if yopu dont like it there response is go elsewhere... a sale is a sale, a repair or refund is not tin the mantra..

its the mantra that your top man has been chanting for years... promise all give nothing, and if it goes wrong spin, fob off or ignore
