Viewed a house yesterday and was told it needed to be re-wired, dont really have much info but it is a 2 bed terrace and its been lived in and not a run down house or anything??
Has anyone got any idea on a rough price for this?? even if it is just worst case scenario??
cheers

Depend as there are a lot of variables and the Part P will increase the cost as well now.
Mine was done pre-part P, it was a bit piecemeal and we over specified some bits so payed more than if it had been done in a single pass with basic electrics, but as a guide we payed £250 per room.
