Louis Walsh?

Louis Walsh?
Ok I happened to watch X-factor. I'm not really that proud about it, but with not having any rental DVDs handy or Sky+
Happned to catch the selection for the final.
But is it just me or did Louis Walsh send home some of the best singers and put two of the worst ones on to the finals??
Either he's a complete *****, it's fixed or has a hidden agenda
What do you reckon?

I got forced to watch it last night as well. Cowell made sensible decisions, Louis dropped a bollock by not letting at least one of the 16 year old lads through and Sharon is a mad old trout who needs to get back on the HRT and stop letting the goat herder through just because she fancies him. HE CAN'T SING!

Well I watched it unashamedly last night and thought it was good fun. Louis Walsh was clearly listening to different singers then the missus and me - the Irish lad was bloomin' useless as was the mixed race girl who cried every two minutes. Cowells choices were good but I didn't see Sharon's.
So there you have it - I am gay

LOL, the man is seriously missing something in terms of lack of flash and cash, or is a seriously tight git. I think owing to his decisions, that his problem is more to do with the previous more than the latter
In all honesty I thought last nights show was watchable, even if the unobtainable high notes by teh wannabes was enough to made me gurn hit the mute before my ears bleed. (what is it with these blokes...they cannot hit high notes, so why try to do stupid misplaced Aled Jones-esq accapellas to prove they can't ), some very good talent though, just wasted by kicking them off home.
Although don't start me on Chico Love Ozzy's comments about him though

I watched it this weekend for the first time this series and what get me is how much they play with the 'contestants' emotions. I don't know about you, but I don't really enjoy watching close-ups of devestated people who seem to have pinned their whole lives on success in a tv show balling their eyes out.

Watched it tonight, what a load of b0llocks!
I'm just gutted that sweet shy guy didn't get in, despite not having the looks and being shy he had a great voice. I had tears in my eyes when he was crying bless him.

Does no one else think sharon put through the refuse collector bloke (whom she clearly wants to win) and three duffers to improve his chances of doing so?
One of the two 16 year olds would have (wrongly) won, Loius knew that. The great british housewife and saddo voters would have felt sorry for them and voted them to a win. Which would have been a farce IMO. hence he canned them to ensure we don;t get a **** up like last year when that other great british midle aged housewife's favourite (but completely unmarketable ****) Brookstein won it ...

The binman dude and the young guy with the dodgy dreads are in a different league from the rest of them. Irrespective of the competition they would always shine through.

Just because they can sing, doesn't mean they have the 'X' factor does it? There's plenty of highly accomplished singers about who will never amount to anything, and plenty of people who can't really sing but have made it big.
It's more than just about having a technically good voice. Personally I don't think Chico stands a chance, he's a one shot thing, can't see them finding material for him if he lasts more than one show, but at least he has a bit of charisma, not like half the of the dead heads who enter. He's an entertainer, albeit a **** one!
I've always felt that if people don't make it on their own, then generally they are not good enough to. I await a list of exceptions, but I still stand by that as a general rule.
That's why these programs are fairly pointless, except to generate viewing figures and revenue for ITV and Simon Cowell.
I think the black girl how has just got married or Chanay will win though. Hopefully, the former will lol her t1ts outs on live telly if she does
Geezer

Exactly Ben, most impotant thing is if you can sing, and that lad could bl00dy sing good! He may not look right now but with all the stylists they use he could have looked slightly better, but who cares what they look like, we don't see their face when we listen to them on a CD, it's not like every popstar out there now is good looking lol, Snoop Dog is a good example of that
Chico made me laugh lol, singing in the pool, very very mad but entertaining.
Overall winner has to be Sharon's black girl who got married.
Glad that eskimo blonde are out, jee gods were they AWFUL!

"I'm only a dustman, I can't believe I got so far"
"This is going to change my life, I'm only a dustman"
"I'm going to make my family proud, even though I'm just a dustman"
"Can you believe that me, a dustman has got so far?"
"This is really going to change the life of my family, because I'm more than a dustman"
I did want him to win, but his mock humble "I'm only a dustman" attitude has annoyed me!!
I want the two brothers to win.
