You dont get all those spots on your face and back from not taking steroids and she's got bigger muscles then any bloke who Ive seen in the gym.

 

she was juiced right up, all the tell tale signs, bad skin, spots and square jaw, definitely on steroids.

I saw a bit of that programme too. As far I could see she wasn't actually denying she used steroids, it was afterall blatantly obvious!

I think what she was saying was that it wasn't 'all about' steroids and that she hated the way people always have a pop about steroids and ignore the fact that a hell of a lot of pain and effort went into it too.

It was grim though... all that for a ten grand top prize!

It depends. They probably lose some muscle mass and tone and put on some extra body fat but then that would happen to anyone who stopped training, steroids or not.

The myth that "muscle turns to fat" is just that. What sometimes happens is that people stop training but still have an appetite for 5000 calories a day

 

Sorry to hi-jack thread, but does anyone know the name of the 12 year boy who does body building??

 

Do a search on the net for 'pocket hurcules' or 'mini hurcules' as he was known as something like that.
