Personal injuries claim
Hypothetically, if a person is injured in a Road Accident and claiming personal injury, and they subsequently worsen the injury in perhaps say a second road accident, how is the extent of the original injury quantified?
How do you gauge how bad the original injury was if the same injury has been aggravated by the second incident?

Expert medical evidence is required (as in all PI cases). As ever it has to be a (very) educated guess. Pain simply cannot be measured thats why the (british in my case) government don't try. £10,000 fixed compensation if someone dies, cheaper to kill than maim.
