Had a sore throat yesterday, hardly slept last night because my throat got worse during the night. Today its worse, I'm clearing throat and coughing all the time and I'm starting to get sniffly. I hate getting colds so I'm kitted out with Bechams All in one, Halls throat lozenges and Lemsip Max Strength to try and fight it. Still feel cr@p though
Have I got whats doing the rounds then???
Sorry for the moan, but I've got a boring report to right today and its taking ages to collate all the data.

I have got this real bad flu
Started with headache on Sunday night.Had to leave work by mid-day on Tuesday because the symptoms turned nasty e.g.runny nose, runny eyes, extreme discomfort and everything inside me since then has been feeling inflamed
Its nasty, man! Just rest and take anti-histamine like neoclarytin and Actifed or Sudafed with it.I think by the weekend i may feel better but at the moment, its not good![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)

I've had a cold all week, started with a sore throat at the weekend and got steadily worse, in fact I've spent the whole week on my bed with my laptop surfing in between naps so it's not all bad

I'm just about to venture out for the first time this week...

I've had it for the second time in a fortnight these past few days. Now I'm fully stocked up on Beechams, Lemsip, Strepsils and two huge bottles of Lucozade, so I'm hoping it'll pass before next week.
Good to know I'm not the only one suffering.

Yes, I've had this too. Today is the first day I have felt a bit better for just over a week, although I still have the remains of it. It was starting to get to me after a while actually because it just seemed to go on and on, whereas normally I'd expect it to clear up in a couple of days.
I've been using Beechams, but it was quite noticeable when it wore off. All it seemed to do was mask it for a while.
