Basically neighbour is a ****, his kids are ****s, his wife is a fat ****. There are 6 billion people in the word... there are plenty that I don't like, but there are only 5 that I wouldn't save in a fire. It all kicked off in March when he told me to move my motorhome off my drive cos 'it is doing my ****ing head in' - In the past 10 years I have had my house paint bombed, I have had his kids write their name on my car with a stone, his kids race mini motos on the street, my car is covered in football shaped dents, I am constantly repairing the 'party' fence cos his kids think beating up a fence is good craic. Earlier tonight his 14 yo boy decided to kick a ball into my 6 yo girls face - broken nose, broken glasses, blood everywhere. His 14 yo ran away and another kid (his 10 yo mate) brought Emma home. I went round to his house and he told me it serves her right cos we reported the mini motos to the police. At this point I want to burn him and his family while they sleep, but wifey thinks I might get in trouble. About 11:00 oclock I got the police to serve him with a prohibition order, preventing his kids and family from trespass onto my property under any circumstance. At 11.15 his kids decided to use my brand spanking new 40k motorhome for basketball practice. At 11.20 the police came round and told them to **** off. I have covered every legal perspective to make them tow the line, but does anyone (Hi AB) have any suggestion as to how I can make thir sh1tty scum filled life a little harder?

Sorry to hear that. I'm in a similar situation and have tried my best to get the scum next door to move. The cops do **** all these days. My neighbour doesn't really give a **** what happens, he just goes along like he's done nothing wrong. He lies, he's a right racist f***er and nothing has been done. He's in court soon, but I doubt anything is going to happen.

FB, where exactly do you live mate? I only live in a little village of North Wales and i dont get any of that **** you are getting.I would consider moving to some other respectable area if I had your money and **** the lot of them! They sound well rough!
I know its your home and all and you shouldn't have to move etc. but the barstwards are getting under your skin and may be,it has been difficult for you to shift them so,thats what i reckon could be an option, man.
Or get them shifted one way or the other!

mate you need to be fighting fire with fire here i reckon, and the ideas about gay **** for the kids are excellent ideas, as is the expanding foam in the boiler.
where abouts are you from, if your close we can time it so it all happens while you're away so you have at least a reasonable reason for not being (too) involved.
and social services don't take any chances with things like that, and if you get in there first any backlash will be seen as a feud, and make him look worse.

Trick is to by the most expensive house you can in the best area you can, that way the scum cant afford to move in near you ( although the other neighbours may look down on you for being a bit of a peasant ).

Not being funny, but there is a screaming contradiction here...It sounds like you live in the kind of road where they leave the front door open ( cos theres nothing worth nicking ), and old mattresses, ovens and sofas are considered bespoke garden furniture...

Could probably have spent the £40K on a nicer house somewhere - unless the OP does live in a really nice area, and that chav who won the lottery has moved in next door.

Personally, I think estate agents are to blame - rather than just showing you round the house, they should go into more detail :

"Now, the people who live next door are right scum and will play their stereo full blast day and night, theres an old lady across the road who will report you to the police or council for any tiny thing, but to make up for it, your neighbour on the other side has two fit 18 year old twin daughters who often sunbathe topless in the back garden, and if you stand on the toilet and strain your neck out the window, you can just see the bit of their garden they think is hidden'

I really feel sorry for you with that problem. It is almost impossible to stop I reckon, short of topping the lot of them or getting them all sent to gaol except that there is no longer any room there either!

They sound like a bunch od "RNC's" to me and will never change their attitude.

If you did move they would have won of course but in the end that may be your only choice.

Sounds like you have a proper **** of a neighbour there, move to a better place mate. Re the 40k motorhome, TBH it would properly p1ss me off with that being parked next to me. Sell it and buy a better house.

Although the neighbours behaviour is worthy of a decent hurt programme being formulated there will be no winners. It will continue back and forth until you part company.

I have no neighbours and it has to be worth more than anything in terms of well-being and pure peace. I wouldn't even contemplate a 40k motorhome if I lived in a house that required it to stand on a drive within the neighbours close proximity.

Personally and unfortunately, in my opinion, you have started the problem. I too would be píssed off if I could see nothing but motorhome. That said, your neighbours behaviour can't be condoned.

If you can afford 40k on a motorhome then you need to move where you can park the motorhome properly.

Farm-out your motor home; fit decent quality CCTV kit (and I mean stuff that records a usable image) covertly, fit a post box and block off your letter box: then, when their house is empty, set fire to it and do it properly.

A paramilitary-style attack on a 23-year-old man in Newtownabbey was attempted murder, according to police. The victim was found with gunshot wounds to his legs and arms and his head was covered with tyre marks. Police suspect a motorhome was involved. A police spokesperson said he had been badly beaten and left to die and that he would like to track down the owner of the motorhome to see if it was available for rent as 40K's worth of motorhome must be worth taking a butcher's at.

The victim's condition is described as serious but stable. Police suspect the motorhome suffered no damage but may need the shock absorbers and/or geometry checked.
