Nigerian/419 scammers are at it again.

My dad got a 419 scam sent to him VIA POST ![EEK!](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/eek.gif)
First time I've ever seen that happen. The only crap I ever recieved was via e-mail. Still, the old man isn't that stupid to fall for such complete rubbish. But it is a concern that whoever is behind it has obviously purchased/stolen a mailing address list to abuse, even though he is registered with the Mail Preference Service.
I thought they caught the orginators (immigrants based in Spain). And since I read of the arrests, I haven't recieved one of the typical scam e-mails since. But this letter was posted from Watford. Seems like somebody has copied the orginators scam and are using for themselves. Pity the post office have self adhesive stamps and envelopes these days, as you could have a good DNA sample otherwise
