What a player he was - unmatched in my opinion.

Great vid, I liked the black and white one where the other team were in all white and he ran half the pitch and rode about 4 lunges in a row, any player today would have gone down in an instant trying their best to get the other player sent off.
Good tune on the vid as well

That's a great tribute, as good as anything shown on the tv over the past few days. Let the football do the talking, instead of all the old team mates they roll out.
Maybe the folk having a dig at him in other threads might have thought twice if they'd seen that.
Mike.

Brilliant.
Makes Maradonna look pedestrian.....what really impressed me though has already been noted by several of you in that he didn't throw himself to the floor and spend ten minutes rolling around in apparent agony every time he was tackled in a cynical attempt to influence the referee.
This obviously happens so much in the modern game that we have been conditioned to accept it as normal. By that I mean several minutes doing an impression of a person in their death throes after a slight tap or in some cases contact not even being made before resuming the game two minutes later showing no obvious signs of the horrendous pain and suffering they had apparently had inflicted on them.
Wonder how much it would be worth on the transfer market if you possessed that amount of talent in this day and age?

That was pretty good, a lot of footage I have not seen before. Most clips I have seen are when he scores.....I guess he was human after all and missed occasionally ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
