can you find an address from a land line phone number... iwant to trace someone. can it be done?

Yes i did this a few years ago, I phoned my library and they looked on the electoral roll and gave me the address, not sure if they still do this though.

Yes thats what I mean, I gave them the phone number and they gave me the address.
