Reminds me of a few years ago. Phoned up the PDSA for some general advice about a sick animal. They asked me what my name and address were. You could hear tapping away on a computer in the background. Then they said as I wasn't receiving any sort of benefit and was paying full council tax they couldn't help me and I would have to phone a vet.
