Laggest cc motor fitted to bike without need for tax mot etc?
AS title , at what cc or road speed will a bicycle with an internal combustion engine require tax ins mot and all that jazz?

Engine assisted or self propelled? What I mean is does the engine do all the work or some of it?

any cc,s if it drives the wheels and you want to take it onto the road.
An electric bicycle wouldnt though.

1cc will class it as an engine and require the leagal recuirements.

What about the old bikes with pedals and engines. I thought they were exempt or would they now be classed as dual fuel
