went to see it with sister, her two kids 7 and 9, and mum. thought this was the best movie i have seen this year. the fight scene with the t rex's was fab, the end was especially well done. real blubber moment.

Agree, it was a good film with brilliant CGI, but far too chinny for my liking.

Yes, the CGI was good.
Yes, the bint was stunning to look at.
Yes, the final sequence on the Empire State Building was astounding.
No, I didn't get emotionally attached to the monkey.
That was shocking, seeing as how in each of the LOTR films I was usually a snivelling wretch thanks to the Walsh/Jackson screenplay and their ability to pluck at my emotions at will.
Oh yeah, and Jack Black was wrong for the part - I'm sure they could have found someone much better.
