can you get a suit jacket resized?
bought a suit but for some reason i got one with a jacket that is too big!
Is it possible to get them altered and if so, any ideas on cost?

Try a decent Tailors shop or a Wedding hire shop they might even just give you the direct people that do ulterations instead of going through them
Cost depends really how much the jacket needs altering

A good tailor should be able to do it unless youve lost about 5 stones..... The fellow that I use in Sheffield would charge about £30 tops.
