How do you eat fish?

How do you eat fish?
Hopefully this is not as stupid as the title sounds - I know the basics: put fish in mouth > chew > swallow
What I really mean is my wife bought a red snapper (whole fish thats been gutted). I plan to cook it in the oven, wrapped in foil. But what do I do with it then? How do I make it presentable for eating?
Do you cut the head off?
Peel the skin off?
Cut off the fin-bits on the side?
Remove the bones?
Any tips appreciated!

Leave the head on and tail, seperate this after cooking.
Wash it really well, score the skin with a sharp knife in a criss cross pattern. If youre making a sauce, spoon it over and rub it in well with your hands.
Cover with foil. 200c 30-40 mins or until its cooked and it flakes easy.
served on a bed of rice with some lemon quarts
im hungry now.

Anything from served whole, head, fins, tail and all, to fully filletted depending on the dish you are cooking and how squeamish you are about the fish watching you eat it

Simply take a whole Red Snapper, fill the body with lemon slices, chili peppers, butter, herbs and spice and you are ready to grill.
Apparently tropicak fruits are lovely with Red Snapper.
