Would you pass the driving theory test ???
Many of us passed our driving tests long before the theory and hazard awareness test was added to the practical driving test. Would you pass it if you had to sit it now ?
Have a go at Car Tests 1 & 2 and post up your result
I got 34/35 and 35/35, but I am studying to become an ADI at the moment

I did the theory test here in the states last November. Took me two and a half minutes to do twenty five ish questions, got one wrong on speed.
One of the questions had an arrow pointing left saying detour.
The question was what does this sign mean?
a) Follow detour left
b) Conitnue straight
c) Follow detour right
d) Slow down (or similar)

30 and 32, prefered the yank test! Plus, I've never seen a tram in the UK, was this test written by Ken Livingstones office with an agenda in mind????

Done these loads recently and the bike ones as I did my bike licence last year. You'd have to be a real muppet to fail them!
Edit - oops looks like there may be a few on SN then

I got 35/35 for both. They said I got a load wrong, but they were actually right according to common sense, NSR, pepipoo and the 1689 Bill of Rights; however, we know it's just a Stalinist plot by New Labour, the DVLA and the EU to take away my rights and freedom of choice, and to control drivers more. So I can ignore them and carry on driving as I did before.

32/35, but what stupid questions most were, and the question about what you should check 1st if a person had been involved in an accident i would hope that if i was involved in a serious car accident, that a passing motorist would leave me alone so the proper emergency service could do their job

What was that stupid one about driving in a line of traffic with another car close behind you?? Apparently the correct thing to do is not to ignore him and carry on within the speed limit, but to slow down What the **** is that about??
Scored 31 and 33 anyway, some of the wrong answers are hilarious, 'why should you wear appropriate footwear when driving?' ....why, to avoid damage to the pedals of course
