can anyone help,
if anyone remember QUITE a long time ago i mentioned
once,
1, the centre cap of one of my wheels was nicked
2, the air valves from all 4 tyres are nicked,
today i found out that my left wing mirror was pushed out of place, and the joint that it holds onto the door is loose and feels like any more pressure it would break.
i wanna know if there is possible a cctv, that i could put that i could record/watch with my pc.
BECAUSE if i use my VCR, it could record a max of 6 hrs LP.
but i won't be able to keep an eye on it unless i keep changing channnels,
and i spent most of my time on my PC.

hi mate i fit cctv and alarms for a living. You need a dvr (digital video recorder). We use them now instead of the conventional video recorder. They record all the time depending how many cameras and then when the memory is full it records over the start etc etc. If you want evidence you then burn it onto cd. Not cheap tho mate, for 4 cameras and all recorder your looking around 1k. I say 4 cameras because the price is mainly the recorder and you may as well use more than 1.
Hope that helps

time lapse is a kind of old video recorder with stronger heads so it can record for longer without burning out, nothing to do with a dvr mate. Its hard to tell how good a camera is just looking at it. They arnt proper **** (pardon my french) because all the little led lights around the lense light up at night and give you a black and white picture at night. Basically if they were **** they wouldnt go to the cost of putting these led's on.

Get a pair of big b@stard dogs living in the back seat with the windows open.........
Seems like the ******* are putting you through a lot of hassle! If it's on a driveway, may be cheaper and easier to fit a couple of motion-sensor flood lights, or a zone alarm on the car?

Wonder if you would get away with spraying something on the parts they keep nicking? Like UV dye or a skin irritant?
