i use met-rx powder myself and i have to say i'm very impresed. if your looking more for endurance i would consider creatine aswell. also maybe worth looking into an all in one amino acid powder/pill.

I'm using maximuscle cyclone myself.
All in one formula ... contains Whey protein , creatine, Glutamine etc. Saves you all the hassle of mixing etc.
Expensive but good stuff . . Results are very noticable as regards strength ,muscle mass and stamina.
I'd recommend it

Everyone has their own views, but in my final year of a degree in sports science and after completing a project into the effects of creatine it seems that it has very mixed results.
Its role in endurance isnt great, its more of an aid in short term power output and helps to decrease recovery time. After reading enough journal articles on it to send me to sleep, i personally wouldnt reccomend it, its expensive and the results vary from person to person.
The best thing for endurance is good old hard training!!
Cheers

Well i am and use a whole load of maximuscle stuff. Cant recommend it enough. If its good enough for the national rugby team then its good enough for me. Good results in both muscle size and athletic endurance/stamina but you've still got to train hard/eat right/get enough sleep etc.
Ephidrene's ok for gym sessions and heavy weights but for anything athletic its pants. You'll tire in no time at all and it dehydrates the body.

Used a few of their supplements.
Go for it.
Probably one of the better companies you can buy from.

Guys I do bodybuilding. Maximuscle is a ripoff. Theyre products are redicoulousy high and they are no diffrent from all the other makes out there. Cant really reccomend anything particular for endurance.
Ive used creatine and it gives increased strenght and the muscles feel more filled out. Its important to cycle the stuff otherwise your body could become dependent on it in the way that it wont produce enough creatine by itself anymore. You can get pure creatine really cheap from http://www.myprotein.co.uk/ and all different types of suppliements to protein whey, weight gainers energy booster.... Whatever you like really.
For info really on everything body releated you should check out a bodybuilding forum. I got reccomend some if you guys like.

I only use holland and barrat for soya protein at about 9quid a tub, and milk thistle to keep the liver clean, most other things they sell are not upto much imo
I use maximuscle fenutest which boosts testosterone slightly, smells and tastes awful though
I am expecting delivery of some methyl 1 test tomorrow which is currently a legal oral steroid (pro hormone), this reports mass gains in lean muscle a reduction in bodyfat. If your tested though it may not be suitable
Like richmilly says though good old fashioned training is probably best for endurance

Maximuscle products aren't bad, but some of their stuff's terribly overpriced! They need to get the money to pay the rugby stars for shouting about it from somewhere
Unless you like chucking money away, use one of the equally as good "bulk suppliers". No fancy packaging, no "famous" people to pay off, just top quality products at bargin prices. Personally I use myprotein.co.uk - Leading Online Supplier of Sports and Nutritional Supplements, but there are plenty others. Bulk Powders, All-in-one, Adonis nutrition are a few more.
Oh, and if anyone fancies ordering anything from Myprotein, and wants a 5% discount on their first order, let me know and i'll give you a code

Prefer Met-RX myself and like the Crepure Creatine.
Personally I have used Maximuscle Cyclone and thought it was rubbish and waste of someones money even though i an get it at half price compared to what the rest pay for it. I think the company has a nice brand image which works for them.

tried a few like the body sculture stuff and precision at H & B but now just moved onto MET-RX protein and is better. Get it from GNC they have discounts once you pay £10 for the privilage of shopping there(!).
Tried Creatine - just makes me pee a lot! All it does (for me) is floods your muscles with fluid making them 'look' bigger. Dunno wtf its doing to my kidneys, so only use it as a hangover preventer now! Best thing ever - take a scoop b4 you go out then the next day you'll feel fine - try it!!!
