Looking at booking a lads snowboarding holiday, one of the group has a criminal rconviction for ABH approx 3 years ago. I seem to remember that they are hearing once that this may be an issue?
Anyone know more??

Up to him if he wants to risk it, but if i gets found out, dont ever expect to be admitted to the US again.
ps- wont be able to get hold of anyone at the embassy today - its Presidents day- a US public holiday

They don't have the data on all UK citizens. If they stopped him and did a check back to the UK(very very very very rare) he could get caught. Its a catch all legislation by US to allow them to kick out any undesirables should they come across them.
