Possible scamera van heads up!!
I went to farnborough yesterday, and took a cross country route,
as i passed Goodwood race circuit, there was a dark blue mercedes sprinter parked up broadside as you swing into the entrance the circuit, (on the exit side) so he would be facing Chichester,, no markings on the van, but the obligatory blacked out sliding side window, and two blokes inside dressed in black.
(It i recall it may have the chevrons on the tailgate)
as a got closer, i could see they were ready to depart, and they followed me up toward the race course, before turning off .
Nothing is on my sat nav for the race track, as being a scam site, but there have been a few fatalities on that bit of road, so its a good possibility

Isn't there a change in the law coming next year where they WON'T have to make camera's and camera vans as obvious.
Eg. From next year, they no longer have to paint them in bright luminous colours.

Just shows the contempt, back off during election time, appaer to be caring and listening, and then buttf*ck us when the heat is off.
Any party who openly states athat from midnight of them gaining power, all speed cams / gatsos etc, are open targets, and can be destroyed with impunity gets my vote, wanna bet it aint going to be billy

Sounds like an ANPR van.
All the "Safety Camera" Vans I've seen are either silver or white.
I've missed our ANPR van on more than one occasion.....despite the fact I've driven the bleedin thing!
