Good Service

We bought a second hand VW Golf for my wife 1 month ago, 2002 with 35000 miles on the clock. The garage we bought it from put a new MOT on it and sorted out a few minor problems before we picked it up. Today the brakes started to make a nasty noise and it turns out the rear pads need replacing.
Now the good news/good service bit.
The garage has agreed without any hesitation to do the work which is excellent because they are not obliged as part of the warranty because it is wear and tear. As I said no hesitation at all and they will do it tomorrow.
Because I don't want my wife to drive it I called the RAC to see if they would take it down to the garage (25 miles from us). The guy on the phone took the details; I said I did not want to do it tonight so he has arranged for someone to be with us as close to 8:00am tomorrow as possible.
So I am really impressed with Volkspeed Car Sales and the RAC.
I will update this post tomorrow evening to say if there is a happy ending or not.

Had a happy ending.
The Golf is sorted, new discs and pads at no cost to us.
The RAC turned up at 7.45 put it on a trailer, the garage got 2 guys working on it and had it sorted in an hour.
