Please please PLEASE someone tell me this is a p!ss take program like how the Office and Alan Partridge was... this stuff just CAN'T be real?!?

Watched 30 seconds of it - it wound me up so much I had to change channel. If it is real, I only hope the business goes under very quickly, as I couldn't work for and deal with that type of mentality

It's real OK and a very successful business.
I've bought windows from him for a rental property before now at superb prices.
Most local builders and rental property owners head his way.

Yes Caught the last 10 mins last night, saw it last year with there christmas party.....
I hope the BBC have gone back to finish off the company, the way they treat there staff, I hope this program ruines the company and she has to sell herself on the street.
The program makes my blood boil.....

Was utterly dumbfounded when i watched it. Wonder what Alan Sugar would have said about them (Apprentice on before).
The young consultant getting into the car anology with the boss was surreal.
The othello geek with his crumpled orange shirt. This guy was just a headcase, yet he seemed to have more sense than the management team and the shyster syrup wearing encouragement consultant.
The whole thing is just very very weird and utterly compulsive viewing.

Yes I saw the xmas party, talk about poor man management skills! Thing that cracked me up was she was fretting because one of the sales guys was off and was in a panic as to who was gonna do callbacks and follow up leads and Im thinking ok so what is wrong with you or your old man doing it???? Quite unbelievable really, calls were coming in and not being answered and she's just looking at the phone, PICK IT UP FFS! But yes hey makes great TV

The double glazing company prog was damned funny....I'm surprised that they are still trading what with the jumped up silly little man as the owner and his wife
