Go to 'My ebay'- go to items won
Your stick should be there. under actions i think it says pay. click that and follow the instructions
That should be all you need to do

And the best way to avoid negative feedback is to communicate. If there are going to be any delays or complications then use the send email to seller functionality and let them know.

Oh right it must be over the default limit
Get yourself verified- follow the links on paypal- its worth doing otherwise you have limits. and sellers know they can trust you more as you are verified.
But as above - email the bloke tell him you're getting verified and you'll pay asap - he should be fine with it
Good luck
Trevor
PS Bet you've got a W800?

I think you have to go through a verification procedure now to initiate a Paypal account. Paypal credits your bank account with two small amounts of cash and you then input those numbers to prove its your account. (But I can't remember whether that's the full verification
) Takes about a week to establish an account

Paypal verification takes ages, mainly the bit where they send you 2 tiny amounts to your bank and you have to tell them the exact amounts. May be safer to pay the seller by cheque or PO if he accepts them.
