just about to give up.

I'm coming up for 7 years since I stopped ... I just stopped one day and never smoked again (that was the only way I could do it).
I had smoked for 30 years!!
7 years on and it's the BEST thing I could have done ... although I am old I really do feel so much better now.
It was tough for about 1 year - don't let anyone kid you into thinking that the craving only lasts a week or so ........

And those young enough to know better ....... don't be bloody stupid - smoking is for mugs, the simple and the lower classes!! In my day I knew no better - you lot KNOW that it KILLS you!
