Lots of dead one on the side of the road.....
Do they hibernate? Have they came out of hibernation a bit hungover?
I counted 4 dead ones yesterday during a 30 minute drive.

They do hibernate, but like lots of things about now, even the flowers are out up my way and a got a foot of snow last night.
Think our island moved somewhere else but not no ones caught on yet.

Well, the government's vets have decreed that there's going to be a whole lot more dead badgers coming up as they are being blamed for causing the TB cattle deaths (despite strong evidence to suggest the spread of TB has nothing to do with badgers
)

Bollocks to Badgers and snakes though, bring on Lions, Zebra's and Kenya!
As for real life badgers, I've seen a few, there's a sett (sp?) a little way into the woods that back onto my parents place and we've had them appear in the garden once in a while.
