Does anybody know of a film starring Robert deNiro and the title has the word "Glen" in it?
Its quite an old film and i have'nt a clue what its about.
i heard two guys in the video shop talking about it last night and they were going on about how good it was but they could never find it, but i didnt want to be a nosy bugger and ask the guy behind the counter, its been bugging me ever since
I really like deNiro Films, thats why i'd like to see it.

I've seen it. Great film..especially if you've ever worked in sales. Terrific cast (although no De Niro!).. Al Pacino, Jack Lemmon, Ed Harris, Kevin Spacey, Alec Baldwin (never better than in this).. It is like watching a (good) play rather than a piece of cinema. Well worth seeking out.

if you like glengarry, checkout HEIST after, very much in the same vein, with some awesome dialogue.

That would be because it is a play (by David Mamet). One quick warning: don't watch it with anyone who is easily offended - it probably has more swearing than any other film. But it has some of the best acting you will ever see.

Its a bit slow and tedious IIRC.

It sounds like its fairly similar to a film called Boiler Room (i think thats the name) with Ben Affleck, it was about the pressure's put on high flying salesman and the pressure they put on the buyer. It was a good film and it sort of changed my mind about Afflecks acting, even if he is a d**k.
