Default parcels2go

any experiences?

a mate works for them, but he sings their praises...

I bought a set of sti seats of TATH from here and he says that he sent the seats by parcels2go on a 2/3 day delivery the 3 day bit has come and gone, are they any good or are they likely to not deliver for the next 3 weeks

I appreciate your feedback

I found them to be the worst company to deal with.

I used them for sending a parcel and they failed to collect twice, took ages to get a refund.

Awful - used for 20 items and then changed - dont turn up, damaged items, just generally not very good. Avoid.

I used them quite a few times and always found them to be on time and reliable.

They use DHL.

I've used them too and at one point they totally lost a parcel that was sent for next day delivery for a number of days.

They guy needed the part for the weekend because he had the car booked into the garage and when it turned up with them on the Friday they still refused to deliver it on the Saturday so it actually took a week to get there.

What was worrying was that they had it leaving one depot then it went missing and they didn't know where it was.

I have rang them and got throught to their "customer service" department, they wanted to know how I knew that the parcel was in the system even though I didnt have a tracking number, I just said I rang earlier and you told me. I doubt that very much was the reply oh well as long as it gets here I dont care.

Used them for a pick up and an international delivery.C0cked both up.
Prices were good but they just aren't worth the risk.

Mate of mine used parcels2go to send off a genuine ( NEW ) RS500 intercooler to someone up country and swore he would never use them again !.
Lets just say when it got to it's destination it was'nt as new as when it left !.
You've been warned .

Guess I was lucky then.

Paid for 2/3 day delivery, got picked up same day and was delivered next day.
