hi,i was wondering if i could use the normal tv cable instead of the sky cable??as instead of messing around drilling and feeding wires through walls etc.could i disconnect the tv aerial and connect the cable to the sky dish and do it that way round ????

If it's the modern foam core for digital TV it'll be fine. If it's the old crappy coax, you may well end up with a poor signal and a resulting lack of picture.
