I need some help with my work on conveyancing and any help would be apprieciated.

I need help filling a TR1 form in conveyanicing anyone know how to do it.

If it's just a straight Transfer from seller to buyer for consideration at full market value then it's very straight forward - drop me a PM if your having difficulty.

Does anyone know how to do a complation statement/ Bill in convayanicng???????

Also what searches need to be done after exchange but before the completion of the purchase and mortgage of a property?????

Help needed asap.

Who said students don't get it all off the net then? We had to read the book in my day.

Sorry,feeling grouchy surrounded by paperwork that I don't want to do.

Edit.And it is conveyancing.Being pedantic but I like lawyers that can spell.

Have you not got a conveyancing manual?

I hope you're more careful with your grammar and spelling than you are in your posts... I'm sure you are. Seriously though, legal work with mistakes of presentation in it looks awful.

Alright Jonathan Davies no we dont get a conveyanicing manual. The spelling thing was just a mistake i always check my work a couple of times before handing it in.
